The waterfront property in Clearwater Beach, which belonged to the late wrestling legend Terry Bollea, widely known as Hulk Hogan, has recently been sold for $5.9 million. The home, situated at 1040 Eldorado Ave., was bought by Bollea in 2012 for a price of $3.3 million. Initially, it was listed on the market for $10,989,000 on January 30, 2026, but had its price reduced to $8,999,999 just months later.
In addition to the mansion, the adjacent guest house was also sold for $2.8 million. Both transactions took place on October 23, and the identities of the new owners remain undisclosed. Built in 2009, the Mediterranean-style residence features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool and spa, a wine cellar, and an expansive master suite. The property was represented in the sale by Martha Thorn of Coldwell Banker Realty Tampa.
