This shopping center is located near Target and LA Fitness. The project involves transforming an existing retail unit into a grocery store, requiring renovations such as new flooring, ceilings, lighting, and updates to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Discussions have also circulated on social media platforms like Reddit, where users have shared interactions with local employees and construction workers about the anticipated grocery chain.

Although Trader Joe’s has not officially acknowledged this specific location, and no opening date has been declared, the filed permit lends credibility to the ongoing rumors.
